Included in the kit, but not shown is a cleaning cloth, some photo prints, a camera strap, and a photo booklet with a short manual section.  I’m not going to use the camera strap because I already have a hand strap from Peak Design attached to my camera and prefer that instead.

The lens is heavy. There are no ifs or buts about it. 500 grams is a lot of weight to balance with your camera if you’re not used to it. There wasn’t enough good lighting and space for me to take a lot of pics, so I only have 2 really good test shots.

I’ll be taking more pictures with the lens in the next few days.

What I can say right now, is that before using the aperture plates, they need to be washed. Some were dusty, and others had residue on them. Forgetting to clean the plates will transfer the dust and residue into the lens. I also had to look for a carabiner to hold them together. I think it’ll be easy to lose them without preparing a special pouch or container for them. That aperture pouch will end up as a craft project for me if I’m not able to find a suitable container. Though I am considering a small candy tin.
