 My Russian Salad recipe is up at ManilaSpeak.com. I haven’t seen it in parties recently and thought it would be a good idea to share it to bring it back.

What makes it different from other potato salad recipes is the addition of beets. They add a festive color to the salad. Even if it is pink. I really don’t like pink, but I like beets. It’s a compromise.
