Ornation Creation: Silver Breasted Broadbill

Ben Kwok has a Facebook group called Ornation Creation where he posts templates members can fill in with their doodling.

This week’s template is the Silver Breasted Broadbill. To use the template in my sketchbook, I printed it then traced it with a 0.3mm Staedtler tech pen. The drawing was then filled in using a 1.0mm and 0.1mm Staedtler tech pen. Using the 0.1mm tech pen allows me to make black circles quickly and consistently. Shading was done with a 0.1mm Staedtler tech pen.
